The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, built-in microwave, oven, and a Keurig coffee maker, making meal prep easy. Step out onto the covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening meals with breathtaking mountain views. The deck also features a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining.
This level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and a separate shower. Pets Welcome! (2 pet max, 25 lbs or under) Non-refundable Pet fee of $75 per pet plus tax is required. Pets shall not be left unattended at the property at any time. A minimum of $500 charge if pet is not registered with paid rent fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. If you do not clean up after your pet, a $100 fee will be charged for us to provide this clean up service for you.
